Goalkeeping​ Private Sessions!

Mondays


Work with the professional goalkeeper Cristiano Costa every Monday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Paradigm Performance Center located in Elgin, IL on the fundamentals of goalkeeping.


Recently, coach Cristiano took a license at EXOS - Athletes Performanceto increase his knowledge in order to improve the kids capacity to perform better. Our goals are: Improve performance, Decrease Injuries, Motivate through education, Produce results.


Functional Training Mondays


With a functional training included into our sessions I am going to be able to use a variety of assessments and techniques to help our goalies to move more efficiently. 


Plyometric Mondays

We take our training off the field, too. Our new plyometric sessions help build strength, endurance and mental toughness.
